End-to-end system bridging PCS Auto Detailing (Massachusetts) and dealerships for service tracking, invoicing, and payment management.
PCS Auto Detailing provides premium auto detailing services for major dealerships such as Audi, Dodge Ram, Subaru, and others. I built the entire platform from scratch as a solo developer to digitize their B2B workflows.

Business Impact
Within the first month of operation, the platform generated over $20,000 in invoices for client billing. The invoice management module supports granular filtering, search, and status views, enabling both PCS staff and dealership users to access their respective data securely.
