Summary

Cloud platform managing home-care visits, prescriptions and care plans. I architected the offline-first React Native app and led a multi-year rebuild into Clean Architecture — serving 30k+ professionals across 6 agencies running 200k+ visits.

⌘The biggest user complaint was a 3-minute sync that broke in the field. I helped rebuild it into a 1-second sync, and the new architecture made design changes much faster to deliver.

→Architected the offline-first React Native app from a legacy codebase into Clean Architecture + Atomic Design.
→Reduced data sync time from 3 minutes to 1 second (99% reduction) for low-connectivity field environments.
→Migrated 60+ screens to Clean Architecture, dropping new page development from days to 2 hours.
→Shipped prescription / dosage validation, clinical progress tracking and diagnosis workflows integrated with care plans.
→Built real-time visit scheduling with offline-first sync via SQLite + TypeORM.
→Maintained consistent sprint velocity while adapting to feedback — zero production incidents over the final 12 months.
